    Increase Traffic with Product Reviews

    Product Reviews are an excellent way to get the word out about a unique product or business. They work much like a testimonial, which we all know is a great promotional tool. Product reviews can be considered a "step up" from testimonials, since they go into more detail and are more personal.

    Mom's Market is now accepting products for review. Each product is written in detail, and much care has been taken to promote these reviews. In December 2005, the reviews were officially added as a main section of Mom's Market and in January 2006 a press release was submitted. New reviews have been added daily ever since.

    By sending in your product to Mom's Market, you can be sure your review will actually be read by actual shoppers and potential customers. In addition to having access to your review from the general "Product Reviews" page, reviews are also seen worked into the shopping directory as well. Additional promotion (at no cost) is also available to those who add a proud "Recommended by Mom's Market" button to the home page of their site.

    To insure all reviews stay "fresh" and never replaced by older reviews, steps have been taken to create archives that are just as easily accessible as the current reviews. While "duplicate" products are accepted, they will not be "back to back" or even on the same page. For example, a review on a handmade soap will not appear next to another review on a soap from a competing company. A two month gap will apply to all similar products. (Example: If in January a review on a handmade soap was done, and a soap from another company will not be reviewed until at least March). The same applies to different products from the same company, unless authorised by both reps.
